本来要移除「北软-还原精灵」结果好像不能移除，之后我在软体里面的选项，选择了「暂停保护-储存目前的档案...之类的」重开机之后，就一直做更新备份的动作，途中有显示说「读碟错误」之后继续做更新备份的动作，问题来噜!当更新备份动作完后，重新开机，在来要进入Win XP的走马灯前，电脑就自己重开机，这情形一直重复不断滴..重开机
然后我想说来重灌好了，步骤以到Win XP安装程式，当案下「F8=我同意」之后........
会出现以下的画面
