第3題~What present did Della ______ for Jim？  
A. finally choose　B. final choose　C. chose finally　D. chose final

由於答案的單字固定~所以本題考的重點在於詞性部分!!
題目有did 所以動詞用原型動詞->choose
final 是用來修飾動詞的，所以要用副詞型態->finally   =>所以答案就是A囉

第4題~Because his speech was ______ , the audience gave him a big hand. (因為他的演說?? ，所以聽眾給他掌聲鼓勵。)
A. meaningless(無意義的)　B. flawless(完美的)　C. useless(無價值的)　D. helpless(無助益的)   =>所以答案選B



不好意思~由於現在有急事~先幫您回答到這邊~其他未答的部分"有些"應該只是單字不熟的問題而已，多查單字就可以解決了!!文法的部分就稍微需要花時間思考~~

A. If　B. Had　C. Should　D. Were   =>millionaire是名詞，所以空格需填入be動詞!!

第6題~He is ______ that everybody likes him.  
A. so honest a boy　B. so an honest boy　C. such a honest boy　D. such honest a boy   =>so +形容詞/副詞 <=>such +名詞
所以~A 沒錯 B 錯在so後面要直接接 honest C 錯在 honest 母音開頭~所以冠詞要用an
D 錯在 such 接名詞

第7題~I offered him still more, and yet he ______ satisfied.  
A. hadn’t　B. wasn’t　C. had　D. was   =>yet用於否定句~所以答案剩AB!! 時態為過去式~感到滿足為 be動詞 + satisfied ~~ 所以答案為B

第8題~A man’s worth lies not so much in what he has as in ______ he is.
A. whom　B. what　C. who　D. that   =>這題我也不太懂~不過應該是因為 not so much A as B 的句型~所以前後都用 what

第9題~But for your help, I ______ then.
A. should fail　B. should have failed　C. failed　D. fail
=>[But for + 名詞] = [If it were not (現在事實相反) 或 had not been (過去事實相反) + that 子句(現在式) 或 for + 名詞]
