You can use Windows remote desktop. (Windows XP professional or higher version.)
Below is the step by step tutorial on how to seup the remote desktop server.

You have to use Port forwarding/Virtual server set the port 3389 point to your machine's local IP address (Ex. 192.168.1.2) on the router.
If your company block the port 3389, the remote desktop allows you to access your computer by using web browser which you can find the instructions in the URL I gave to you.
To access your machine from company, just go to Start/Program/Accessories/Communication/Remote desktop connection.
and type your global IP address(Ex. 24.56.198.126)
