只要我開啟這兩個檔案相關服務後不久就會彈出來

我已經按上面網頁全系統掃瞄一次,但結果沒發現病毒

If you are unable to start your Symantec antivirus product or the product reports that it cannot delete a detected file, you may need to stop the risk from running in order to remove it. To do this, run the scan in Safe mode.
但我入safe mode 會有藍畫面...........唉..
