How to transfer iPod touch songs to iPhone

Apple released the iPhone 4S a few weeks ago, with the intelligent Siri and more powerful hardware. iPhone 4S was selected as the most amazing mobile phone. Part1. Copy the songs and apps from iPod touch to computer
First, you need to copy the songs and apps from your iPod touch to computer at first, if you already have the files on your iTunes library, you can move to the next part.
1.If your songs and apps are bought from iTunes store. Plug in your iPod touch to computer and run iTunes, iTunes should be automatically detecting your iPod touch. 2.If your songs are not from iTunes library, such as CD Rip music, website downloaded songs, etc. Please follow these steps:
