請問WCG是否能在server2003跑?

請問各位,WCG是否能在server2003跑?

因為一直在下載任務, 然後馬上又會傳一直從復這兩個動做.

我也爬文看了其他網友的作法砍掉後從新安裝但是依然是這個樣子.

而且防毒軟體我意向來都用NOD32的....已經很多天了, 砍了又裝,裝了又砍...還是一樣

以前跑UD都不會這個樣子

希望有人可以提供我解決辦法謝謝

我用vmware測試過了!應該不是server2003的問題!

可以的，我就是在 2003 上面跑，不過要改一下安全性設定

A number of other people are happily using Win2k3 to crunch, both with UD and BOINC.

The most likely cause of this problem is DEP (Data Execution Prevention). It's in Control Panel->System->Advanced->Performance Settings->Data Execution Prevention. Set it to "Essential Windows programs and services only". Not everybody has problems with DEP, but it has been an issue in the past. I think this is because only some computers support hardware DEP.

If you have a multi CPU server, why not consider moving straight over to BOINC and taking full advantage of the computer? This has a number of additional advantages: you can monitor and manage all your computers remotely with BOINC Manager (included) or BOINC View. You can use Group Policy to push it out to all your servers or workstations. It can be installed as a service, so there are no screensavers or icons for anyone to get excited about.

控制台->系統->進階->效能設定->資料執行單元 改為另一個就可以了..

感謝aa站長,我已經重新設定,從開機就後問題就迎刃而解了...謝謝啊

我還有一個問題. 就是選責任方面的, 我們要自己勾選任務還是要讓他用預設值(就是全勾)?

因為握有2台電腦,
1台跑的是Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy (Available on United Devices only)
另1台跑的是Human Proteome Folding 2

有必要去做任何修改嗎?還是讓他跑什麼都行?

哈!! 我用2k3也遇到跑不動的問題...
一直卡住...
