為何我無法下載DirectX9.0   呢~~

各位大大   我三章下載完了
已經更新後
找了官網   微軟   下載DirectX9.0主程式

但是在下載DirectX9.0的時候
卻不到一半   d3d8thk.dll
就無法復製 下載囉
怎麼辦   誰來教教我呢???
