[测试][散热] 来自奥地利的精品Cooler,Noctua NH-U12P SE1366



要说到顶级空冷散热风扇,除了大家耳熟能详的Thermalright(利民)之外,当然也少不了来自奥地利的Noctua(猫头鹰),有趣的是Noctua在高阶散热产品的开发与制造也与台湾的厂商拥有相当的合作关系,由此见得台湾在散热技术领域是有一定的着墨与技术,有兴趣的朋友不妨看看Noctua的官网研究研究。Thermalright散热产品的特点在于追求散热的极致效能, 而Noctua散热产品的出发点则是以静音为出发点的基础,在良好的噪音抑制下追求高效能的散热表现,就像属于自家猫头鹰的象征图腾一样,寂静的守护玩家心爱的电脑系统。在INTEL推出了基于1366脚位的Core i7后,并将TDP功耗一举推上了130W,Noctua同样没有在这个领域中缺席,推出了型号NH-U12P SE 1366特别版散热器,接着来一起来看看这次送到XFastest的NH-U12P SE 1366风扇在Core i7 965上会擦出甚么样的火花吧!!

Compare Noctua and Thermalright will found out many different ideals on their product, for EX: Thermalright for the extreme cooling effect, but Noctua focus on the silent and performance both! Like the hooter from their logo. Since Intel has launce the Core i7 on new socket LGA-1366, the TDP also raise up to 130W max, so it is now only difference between LGA-1366 and LGA-775, we care more about better thermal performance, so this time Noctua sent us brand-new series cooler NH-U12P SE 1366, exclusive for i7 only, Let’s check out how was this babied can do.

这款风扇的全名是NH-U12P Special Edition SE1366,其实就是先前推出的NH-U12P,包装外盒延续以往一贯的设计风格,低调朴实却尽显质感,前方微露的开口可以看到内附的风扇。
The Full P/N is: NH-U12P Special Edition SE 1366, it’s basely on NH-U12P. Box design following the Noctua design, mild but has awesome quality.



在侧边的说明详细的列出各内附组件的尺寸及规格,消费者可以透过这些资讯得知各项数据的表现是否符合自己的需求,从这可以看出Noctua对产品一丝不苟的态度,连内附的风扇各项数据表现皆完整的标示在彩盒上,显见对自家产品用料的信心。

另一侧就是各个电脑硬体评测媒体对NH-U12P散热效果的背书了,其中不乏AnandTech及Bit-Tech等知名的网站对这个风扇测试过的好评,看来NH-U12P SE1366对Core i7的散热拥有相当的水准!!
In the another side, many famous review site‘s award shows how good are they, like AnandTech, Bit-Tech…etc.



内容物相当的丰富,除了基本的扣具外,附上了两组型号NF-P12的风扇,对Noctua有一定了解的朋友应该知道,这风扇的零售价一个可是要价600块钱,一次附上两个也算是相当的有诚意,另外型号NT-H1的散热膏市价约260块左右,同样一并的附在内,若是没有这些圣品的朋友一次购足也算划算!!
Ok, let’s checking what are the additional part on it ? we have two NF-P12 fans, if you know this fans, you must know the price is not cheap, also NT-H1 high-end thermal compounds already add-in, you buy them all at once time !



NH-U12P SE1366相信大家都已经见过,整套就是以NH-U12P的主体搭配两组NF-P12并仅只有1366脚位扣具所组成,在散热器的侧边设计了防漏风折边处理,两侧的沟槽可供前后风扇利用扣具固定在散热器上。
This cooler is base on two NF-P12 fans to work, only provide LGA-1366 bracket, and make sure the airway can be pass through the heat pipes, they seal the side, for the easily install fans, using the 2 anti-vibration strips to attaching fans.



风扇顶部的Noctua 猫头鹰Logo再低调中带着相当的质感,塔型散热器鳍片厚度为0.55mm,每片鳍片的间距为2.5mm,四根导热管所保留的末端突出部分可以充分利用顶部鳍片与热导管做热交换提高散热效能,Noctua一贯严谨的产品制作风格可见一斑。
The Noctua hooter logo on top of fans shows the excellent quality you can trust it. Each fin depth only 0.55mm, fins to fins range is 2.5mm, 4 dual heat pipes connect widely-spaced aluminum cooling fins guarantee optimal heat dissipation even at low fan speeds.



与CPU的接触面采用四根6mm热导管与全铜底座焊接而成,底部采用非常细致的磨砂处理,虽不像部分厂商采用抛光处理,但底座的平整度也是在水准之上。

前面提到要价600块钱的风扇可是大有来头的,NF-P12采用的是SSO磁稳轴承技术,相较于一般普通轴承风扇,SSO轴承加上了额外的磁铁除了能加强扇叶的稳定性之外,最大的好处是能减少轴承磨损并增强风扇的寿命,以及前面所提到,Noctua一贯的诉求 – 寂静低噪音的表现!
So, How about the fans? Why it cost higher? Cause NF-P12 using SSO-Bearing technology can guarantees supremely quiet operation and exceptional long-term stability.



NF-P12在扇叶尾端设计了两个缺口让扇叶看起来就像是镰刀一样,这样的设计可以让流动的气压循环传导到散热器上进而减少扇叶的噪音!!
This Nice Blade design has a special technology inside; we called it “Vortex-Control Notches” effect of psychoacoustic optimization is further enhanced by the staggering of the notches.



内附的配件相当的丰富,一般比较少见的便捷型螺丝起子也赫然在列,NT-H1散热膏、风扇扣具一应俱全,还有个很可爱的猫头鹰铭版。比较特别是Noctua为不同使用者的需求配置了不同规格的降速线,黑色线材可将NF-P12标准的1300rpm转速下降到1100rpm,而蓝色线材可将风扇转速降低到900rpm,端看使用者的需求做配置。
Kindly addition easy screw driver for you, and for the special request of silent , the black wire can lower the standard NF-P12 fan speed from 1300rpm to 1100rpm, and blue wire can give you exclusive 900rpm ultra-low noise fan speed.



说真的,当笔者看到这个盒子在将她打开后真让我有种前所未有的感动,忍不住在将盒子盖回去拍摄下来跟大家分享这种感觉 !!

打开盒子后,Noctua NH-U12P SE1366的安装说明书在盒内整齐叠好放在置中的位置。

说明书一步一步的非常详细说明散热器各项安装的步骤,虽然安装的步骤不算简单明了,懒得看文字说明的朋友也能透过图解完成安装。
They note in very detail about installation, following the step by step, you can easily install NH-U12P on your i7.


Noctua对产品的执着是我前所未见的,一般人不会特别去注意的扣具都花心思将它好好的固定在各自的位置上,避免相互碰撞到而造成损坏。

将扣具配件盒上曾拿起来,机板的强化背板及螺丝配件就置放在下方,包装的也相当妥善。

现在机板上用的是CoolerMaster V8 散热器,也是这次拿来跟Noctua NH-U12P SE1366一较高下的PK对手,测完数据后就将他卸下主机板,来一步一步换装上新的猫头鹰风扇吧!!

CoolerMaster外观看起来颇像一具引擎,内建四组鳍片搭配8支6mm热导管,12cm低转速风扇置放于散热器中央,运作时还会透出微微的红光,外观相当的霸气。

首先将CoolerMaster V8卸下,并将散热膏擦拭干净。

接着将NH-U12P SE1366包装内附的强化底板放上,可以看见虽然华硕在机板底部增加了散热片,在看到这个部份我也稍担心一下会不会影响安装,但一步一步安装完并没有碰到无法安装或其他问题。
Than place the back plate of NH-U12P SE1366, you can saw the ASUS main board already has Stock Cool2 back plate, but NH-U12P SE1366 back plate just passed.


翻过来机板正面可以看到底板的螺丝脚柱仍留有相当充裕的高度可以固定散热扣具。

接着在各脚柱上放上塑胶套筒,塑胶套筒可以避免使用者将接下来要安装的扣具锁的过紧而造成变形。

将扣具置放上脚柱,这部分可依照您主机板的散热片方向做调整,若是主机板的散热片设计会卡住风扇,也可以换成另一个方向将风扇采横置避免这个问题。
Choose the alignment of the mounting bars according to the desired final orientation of which way you like.


锁上手转螺丝就可将扣具固定。
Make sure that the curved sides of the mounting bars are pointing outwards.


接下来将散热器上的扣具从底部侧边固定上散热器。
Then, Tightly screw the fastening brackets to the base of the heatsink
using 4 short screws.


从另外一个角度看一下在散热器安装上扣具的外观。

在CPU上涂布上散热膏,准备将NH-U12P SE1366安装上机板啰!

在将散热器放上CPU后,特别在将散热器拿下来看看散热膏在CPU与散热器接触的密合度,这张照片可以看得出来NH-U12P SE1366底部非常平整,与CPU的接触面相当密合。
When the heat sink ready, we remove the heat sink again to check out the thermal compounds flatness between base and CPU, you can saw it was closely tighter.


将两侧螺丝旋紧固定,散热器主体的部分就完成了安装。

最后将NF-P12固定上散热器前后就大功告成了,接着上机测试看看NH-U12P SE1366的散热效果!!
Attaching fans before, stick 2 anti-vibration strips first, than attach the fans to the heat sink using 2 steel dips, another fan is following the same step as well.


若仅以NH-U12P SE1366测试温度并无法无法了解CPU在温度差异,所以在测试的部分这次就拿Coolermaster V8当作参考值来当作比较对象,比较能容易知道NH-U12P SE1366的散热性能,另外在散热膏的部分统一采用Y-500作为散热介质以降低变数,风扇则维持标准1300rpm转速不做并更,供电部分首先先列出这次的测试环境如下:
If we only test NH-U12P SE1366, you might not understand how good is it, so let’s compare with CoolerMaster V8. For the unified result, we decide use Y-500 thermal compounds for the base , fan speed keep standard 1300rpm, the test platform as list.

后记
采用双1300rpm风扇的NH-U12P SE1366与1800rpm单风扇的CoolerMaster V8,在将Prime95运行并将CPU的TDP推上144.3W后,两者温度相差约4度~5度之间,待命时的温度差异也约在3度~ 4度左右,可以看出NH-U12P SE1366的散热性能相当的优秀,除此外,在前面所提到噪音静肃度也抑制得相当好,NH-U12P SE1366能在风扇更低的转速下带来更好的散热表现,采用SSO 磁稳轴承的NF-P12一前一后加持可说是功不可没,散热膏部分若使用NT-H1散热膏相信会有更好的散热表现。在拍卖网查询到Noctua NH-U12P SE1366的价格为2450,而CoolerMaster V8的价格约在1800上下,若您使用的是Core i7平台又想找个极静音且拥有高效能散热效率的风扇,不用多说啰~相信您已经心中已经有答案了 !!

Base on dual 1300rpm fans NH-U12P SE1366 v.s single 1800rpm fan V8, after Prime 95 push the CPU TDP up to 144.3w, compare both temp about 4 - 5 degrees , idle temp about 3 - 4 degrees, you can comprehend the NH-U12P SE1366 has better performance under the lower fan speed, if we place the thermal compounds to NT-H1, we think it will gets more thermal performance, In the local auction page we found the NH-U12P SE1366 ‘s price about $NTD2450, and V8 about $NTD1800, if you are looking for the ultra silent but with performance ‘s cooler, we are truly recommend you the Noctua NH-U12P SE 1366 !!
