请教一下 上面是电子钟与矩阵的２小段程式

上半部是我想控制５分钟矩阵会变一次图

但是上半部写法是学别的人写不出来元整５分钟变一次　
５　１０　１５　２０　２５　３０。。。５０分都没问题

但是５５跟００这２边搞不定　数到　５５分　跟　００分都没反应跳不过去

下半部份是控制５分跳一次的显示图

上面的写法上半部这种语法不知道是否能请高手解释一下
