一點心得分享
1970年美國電報公司(這應是AT&T??)CEO在僕人式領導[The Saverant As Leader]一文中首次提出"僕人式領導"概念
根據Robert K. Greenleaf(2003)研究僕人式領導有下列十個特徵:
1.聆聽(Listening)
2.同理心(Empathy)
3.治療(Healing)
4.體認(Awareness)
5.說服(Persuasion)
6.概念化(Conceptualization)
7.遠見(Foresight)
8.管家(Stewardship)
9.委身於他人成長(Commitment to the Growth of People)
10.建構社群(Building Community)
優點:
1.長期工作激發組織內部積極變化
2.常被與轉換型領導(Transformational Leadship)比較,區別在於前者領導重心在領導者,而後者領導重心在組織目標
缺點:
1.無法立竿見影,立刻看到成效
2.被視為"軟弱",同理心過多可能導致優柔寡斷,缺乏主見.
