some data is stored in a damaged area of drive H,and might already be lost, This problem is probably
causing data errors. Th seewhich files are affecetd by the damage, choose More Info choose Fix It to have Scandisk move the affected data to an undamaged area of drive H.scandisk will then mark the damaged are to prevent it from being used to store data in the future,

你可以打 CHKDSK H: /R /F 來修復看看
不能修復的話下次儲存資料也會自動避開那些區域

應該是硬碟出現壞軌了吧！
小心是否硬碟已快掛了。
