請教一下 上面是電子鐘與矩陣的２小段程式

上半部是我想控制５分鐘矩陣會變一次圖

但是上半部寫法是學別的人寫不出來元整５分鐘變一次　
５　１０　１５　２０　２５　３０。。。５０分都沒問題

但是５５跟００這２邊搞不定　數到　５５分　跟　００分都沒反應跳不過去

下半部份是控制５分跳一次的顯示圖

上面的寫法上半部這種語法不知道是否能請高手解釋一下
